StickyGrips.co.uk is a UK-based brand dedicated to creating premium finger tape designed exclusively for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all grappling sports, including BJJ Gi, BJJ No-Gi, Judo, Wrestling and even Sports Rock Climbing. Our mission is simple: deliver the strongest, most reliable finger support so athletes can train harder, longer and with greater confidence.

The idea for Sticky Grips was born on the mats. Our team kept dealing with stubborn finger injuries, especially in Gi Jiu Jitsu where grip fighting takes a heavy toll. We tried every common athletic tape available in the UK and online - the generic pharmacy rolls, the so-called “sports tape” on Amazon, even branded athletic wraps. They all had the same problem: they slipped, unwrapped mid-roll, lost adhesive under sweat, and stopped supporting the joints when it mattered most.

So we spent over a year testing multiple manufacturers, medical-grade materials and adhesive formulas to engineer a tape that solved every issue BJJ athletes face. The result is Sticky Grips Finger Tape – built from the ground up for grapplers, with:
